Milton Keynes Model Railway Society is holding its annual exhibition on Saturday 8th June at The Ridgeway Centre, Wolverton Mill between 10:00am and 4:30pm.
Visitors will be able to see 20+ operating layouts ranging from both within the club and from outside clubs and individuals. These will be seen alongside a variety of trade stands, demonstrations, preservation societies and local railway groups displays.
Club members have been working on new exhibits for the show including the club’s O gauge layout Frimingham, which will be making its exhibition debut. The layout represents a heritage railway with a mainline connection and has taken some five years to construct.
Admission to the exhibition costs £6 for adults, children aged 5 to 16 £2, whilst children under 5 are free. Refreshments will be available with free parking in the area.
Best In Show
We are pleased to announce that best in show at our exhibition was awarded to Wayne Webb for his layout, East Anstey, as voted for by our visitors.
